OBJECTIVE
To increase the level of knowledge of the NGOs in Italy and Turkey on EU policies on gender equality and equal employment opportunities and to identify the good examples.

MAIN ACTIVITIES

  • EU legislation on gender equality and access to managerial positions are analyzed.
  • 5 days trainings are held in İstanbul, where the EU legislation and good examples are shared.
  • A round table meeting on the issue of access of women to managerial positions is organized in İstanbul with the participation of NGOs from Europe and Turkey,.
  • A report is prepared including the comparison of the legislations of Turkey and EU and recommendations on that field.
