OBJECTIVE
Strengthen the institutional capacity of the actors having an important role in consumer protection and inform consumers about their rights.

MAIN ACTIVITIES

  • A study visit to Germany is organized to exchange knowledge and best practices.
  • Training programmes on consumer law and financial services are prepared.
  • A consumer fair is organized in İstanbul to increase awareness and information of consumers.
  • A project website is designed to enable consumer organisations to make their presence better known and reach consumers more widely.
